As part of this journey, we’re looking for a hands-on and proactive Project Manager (Retail Property) to join our Store Development team.
This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years’ experience in retail property projects, who enjoys coordinating tenancy works, managing stakeholders, and ensuring stores are ready for fit-out. You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between landlords, leasing, and store development - ensuring our new stores are delivered on time and as planned.
As a Project Manager (Property), you will:- Coordinate landlord works to meet critical path timelines
- Act as the conduit between landlords, leasing, and store development teams
- Conduct site checks to verify landlord progress and ensure handover readiness
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to flag risks and resolve delays
- Track project milestones, risks, and certification requirements
- Maintain documentation and support handover processes with diligence
- Potential travel across Victoria and interstate as required*
- 3–5 years’ experience in retail tenancy delivery or property project management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Administrative strength - handover notes, occupancy appointments, compliance tracking
- Familiarity with BCA/NCC, WHS compliance, and landlord negotiations
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently across multiple projects
