We're on the hunt for a high-energy, ambitious Store Manager to lead Highpoint Superstore - one of the busiest and most unique stores in the country. The current Store Manager transitions to a new leadership opportunity within the business, we're looking for someone who's ready to make their mark in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

• Lead and inspire a team of 11 casuals and 1 Assistant Store Manager

• Drive exceptional customer service standards and team performance

• Manage daily operations, visual merchandising, and stock control

• Analyse KPIs and implement strategies to exceed sales targets

• Foster a positive, collaborative and performance-focused store culture

• Champion training, development and progression across your team

• Proven experience managing a high-volume retail store

• A passion for team leadership, development and results

• Strong commercial acumen and an eye for visual detail

• A desire to grow your career into Area or Regional Management

• High resilience, flexibility, and a love for working in a fast-paced environment

• $70K+ Super + Bonus incentives
