We're partnering exclusively with a nationally backed beauty and wellness group launching a first-of-its-kind flagship store in Melbourne's most iconic retail precinct. This is more than just a store - it's a multi-level, immersive beauty-meets-wellness experience, combining premium skincare, health, cosmetics, personal services, and cutting-edge tech.

With launch set for August 2025, we're now searching for a visionary Store Manager to lead the charge.

As the Store Manager, you'll work alongside brand leaders and creatives to bring this new retail concept to life - from pre-launch and team build, through to grand opening and beyond.

You'll have input into:

• Visual merchandising and brand presentation

• Team culture, hiring, and service rituals

• Event execution, promotions, and community engagement

• Sales performance and customer experience strategies

This is the perfect role for a leader who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative, and startup-style environment - where ideas matter and growth is part of the DNA.

You might come from beauty, wellness, premium fashion, or luxury lifestyle retail - what matters most is your passion for exceptional customer experience, and your ability to inspire and lead a team to deliver it.

We're looking for:

• Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in high-performing retail - Multi brand skincare and makeup phenom!
• Strength in visual merchandising, training & customer engagement
• A genuine love for beauty, skincare, wellness or fashion
• Confidence navigating new concepts or pre-launch environments
• Flexibility, initiative, and a collaborative spirit

• Location: High St - Armadale

• Start Date: Ideally July, ahead of August store launch

• Team Structure: SM + ASM + Casuals (you'll help build the team)
