About the Role:
This is a rare and rewarding fly-in, fly-out Occupational Therapy opportunity. You’ll travel to Brisbane every 4–6 weeks to conduct face-to-face assessments. Outside these trips, you’ll work closer to home, ideally based in NSW or Victoria.
All flights, accommodation, and living-away-from-home costs are fully covered.
In this community-based role, you’ll support a diverse caseload of NDIS, private, and aged care clients, with the option to provide medico-legal services. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality, client-centred therapy, meeting realistic KPIs, and contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.
Experienced clinicians may also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members as part of a tailored leadership development pathway.
About You:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- NDIS experience (preferred but not essential)
- Blue Card (WWCC)
- Yellow Card - Disability Worker Screening Card
- A warm, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
- Ideally located in Victoria or NSW
