Your New Role
As our Corporate Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our B2B sales team. This entry level role is perfect for someone who’s eager to learn the ins and outs of sales operations, build customer relationships, and develop a strong foundation in commercial thinking.
From managing leads and supporting sales systems, to helping with client communications and data insights, you’ll play a hands-on role in a high-performing, values-led team. You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure our corporate customers receive a world-class experience, every time.
Your Day to Day
- Support the end-to-end sales process from lead capture through to order fulfilment.
- Respond to customer and client inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Increase the frank green corporate customer base.
- Assist with the execution of cross-selling and upselling strategies to maximise revenue, educating potential customers on product offerings.
- Maintain clear communication across departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Use Adobe Illustrator for basic visual or presentation requirements.
- Stay one step ahead with competitive analysis and market insights.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to develop irresistible offers and go-to-market strategies.
- Support the Independent Sales Team with sales inbox management and support requests as required.
What You Need
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not essential).
- Strong Attention to Detail.
- Understanding of the basic principles of sales, customer service, and client engagement.
- Ability to interpret reports, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with NetSuite, Zendesk, Adobe Illustrator, and Brandscope, is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in Excel and google suite.
