We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources operations, ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and a strong workplace culture.

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resource management, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. This role requires a strategic thinker who can implement HR best practices while ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations.

• Develop and execute workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide leadership in conflict resolution, mediation, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
• Design and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
• Oversee performance management systems, coaching managers to develop high-performing teams.
• Conduct risk assessments, workplace audits, and enforce workplace health and safety (WHS) policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records, manage payroll, and oversee benefits administration.
• Facilitate communication between HR, finance, and operational teams to align business objectives.
• Develop policies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.

• Minimum HR management experience, preferably in transport, logistics, or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and workplace safety regulations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
