What You'll Be Doing:

You’ll be part of a hardworking and friendly team, supporting various areas of the production process. Your tasks may include:

• Picking and packing component and aluminium length orders

• Assembling components and putting away inwards goods

• Using electric saws and drills (training provided)

• General housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Meeting daily production KPIs

• Documentation and booking freight

• Supporting multiple departments as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• A strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction

• Basic MS Office knowledge

• A proactive, can-do attitude

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Willingness to learn and grow with the business

• Legal working rights in Australia

Desirable (but not required):

• Mechanical aptitude or previous manufacturing experience

• Familiarity with aluminium products

• High School Certificate

• Valid driver’s licence
