The Opportunity
Step into a high-impact BDM role with a fast-growing Australian manufacturer. This is your chance to take ownership of a Victorian territory, win new business, and build long-term trade partnerships with builders, developers, and national resellers.
Covering the Victorian market, you'll be out on the road meeting with builders, developers, and national resellers – opening new doors (literally and figuratively) across the industry. While you’ll be supported by warm leads, product training, and expert sales coaching, the role is all about proactively hunting new opportunities and driving growth from the front line.

About You
You’re a proven BDM who loves winning new business, thrives in face-to-face sales, and knows how to turn cold leads into loyal customers. You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have a proven ability to consistently hit and exceed sales targets in a B2B environment
- Love chasing new business and get a buzz from turning opportunities into long-term partnerships
- Are self-motivated and energised by face-to-face sales, site visits, and client meetings
- Know how to build trust and influence decisions by understanding each client’s needs and offering practical, tailored solutions
- Have a commercial mindset and enjoy working autonomously while staying accountable to your targets
- Are highly organised, proactive, and able to manage a dynamic sales pipeline across a large territory
