Job Warehouse Store person, Victoria

We are looking for highly motivated Warehouse Store person to join our Dandenong team. Alongside the core responsibility of dispatching/outwards goods you will also be involved in picking, packing, goods management, and general warehousing duties.

About your new role

This will be a highly varied role, as you will be an integral member of the team, you will also support all facets of the branch operations including:

• Ensuring prompt dispatch of goods via various freight methods and overseeing scheduling collections.
• Making sure to adhere to company policies regarding to manual handling and safe lifting techniques.
• Processing of customer orders, understanding and identifying products to meet their needs; and
• Delivering customer service to the highest standards, ensuring that customer issues are handled in a timely and professional manner.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have passion for delivering exceptional customer service as well as:

• Experience within a warehouse or stores environment.
• Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated tenure in previous positions.
• Motivated and goal oriented.
• A creative, customer and team focused personality.
• Confident using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Current Driver's License.
• A current, valid forklift license would be desirable, but not necessary.
