Day to day you’ll...- Manage your pipeline and activities, leading from the front to achieve TTV results, conversions, and victories.
- Recruit, train, and motivate the BDM teams in your state, fostering professional growth and development.
- Oversee the daily performance of the BDM team, ensuring they meet weekly and monthly KPIs and business objectives.
- Conduct weekly meetings and participate in discussions with BDM and Leadership Teams across FCBT brands.
- Develop and implement the state business growth strategy for FCBT, driving success and expansion.
- Engage in project management and business planning to align efforts and optimize growth opportunities.
- Ensure CRM data integrity and manage the alignment of new business to the correct brand.
- Lead competitor analysis projects, educate the National BDM Team, and conduct training workshops to enhance team conversion rates and skills.
- Engage in project management and business planning, contributing to efforts with the Sales SWOT Team to drive growth and success.
- 3+ years leadership experience
- Consistent & proven high performance for both self and team
- Competitive pay structure: $130k guarantee for 12 months with an OTE of $160k plus super
