Join us at Labertouche, as an OSHClub Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children!
This permanent, part-time role offers 29 hours per week, including 4 non-contact admin hours, and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. With ongoing training, mentorship, and dedicated support, we’ll ensure you’re equipped to thrive in a leadership role.
You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
- 7-9:00am (Rise then Shine)
- 3-6:00pm (Stay and Play)
About the role
As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:
- You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
- You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
- With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
About the Service:
Our Labertouche OSHClub service benefits from direct access to the school’s beautiful garden and a well-equipped kitchen area-ideal for hands-on learning, sustainability projects, and group cooking experiences. These resources provide a wonderful foundation for the Coordinator to create engaging, nature-based, and practical activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and life skills.
As Coordinator, you’ll work side by side with school staff to support smooth transitions between the classroom and OSHC environments. You’ll also build genuine, lasting relationships with families, creating a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels known and supported. Whether you're connecting with families at the gate, leading shared school events, or facilitating inclusive group activities, your role will be central to fostering a strong sense of belonging.
