Job Data and Operations Analyst, Victoria

Location: Toorak, Melbourne | Full-time, in-office (Monday–Friday)
Salary: $90–110K + super (negotiable on experience)

What you’ll be doing

• Build, maintain and improve dashboards in tools like PowerBI, Looker or Tableau.
• Write SQL or Python to pull, clean and manipulate data from our warehouse (think Snowflake or similar).
• Use APIs and ETL tools to streamline how data flows across the business.
• Work directly with heads of department and c-suite to share insights, not just reports. Help them see what matters, faster.
• Spot risks and opportunities in the data before they become obvious - and help shape what we do about it.

Who we’re looking for
Must-haves:

• Comfortable in Python or SQL - you can pull, shape and stitch data together without hand-holding.
• Experienced building dashboards using tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
• Confident talking to stakeholders across the business.
• Hungry for opportunities to create value
• Open-minded and curious

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with APIs, ETL tools and data warehouse environments (like Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
