Heidelberg Materials Australia are seeking a HR truck driver to join our team, driving a concrete agitator truck in Colac, Victoria – 2 hours west of Melbourne. We are looking for drivers who are passionate about safety, results focused, reliable and have a strong work ethic.

This role can be full time or casual, working Monday - Friday, with Saturdays available, on a volunteer basis.

In your new role with us, you will:

• Drive reliable and well-maintained equipment
• Slump and deliver concrete to our customer
• Operate and maintain a concrete agitator truck

This role is a great fit for you if you:

• Have a HR or HC or MC drivers’ licence (Agitator truck driving experience preferred but not essential)
• Current White Card or ability to obtain if successful
• Have a professional work ethic with a customer service-oriented attitude
• A mechanical aptitude and ability to solve problems
• Have a high regard for safety policies and procedures
• Familiar with the Chain of Responsibility

What we offer:

• If full time, rate is $29.92 p/hour, plus penalty rates, plus super
• If casual - standard hours are $37.40 p/hour with OT based off the standard rate of $29.92 p/hour
