We’re calling on passionate, purpose-driven professionals to express their interest in joining our amazing team as an Employment Consultant for our current DES contract.
Possible locations include Box Hill, Clayton, Boronia, and Dandenong.
What’s the Role All About?
As an Employment Consultant, you’ll be a positive force in someone’s journey to meaningful work. Here’s what your days could look like:
- Supporting people with intellectual disabilities to find long-term, fulfilling employment
- Building strong relationships through regular chats — in person and over the phone
- Problem-solving and guiding participants through life and work challenges
- Advocating fiercely for your participants with local employers
- Matching people to the right job opportunities
- Coaching and cheering them on through interviews, onboarding, and the early days at work

A Few Must-Haves
- The right to work in Australia (NO RESTRICTIONS)
- Willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check
- Comfortable with obtaining a police check
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a car
- Flexibility to travel to nearby sites occasionally
