About the Position
This is a great opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals ready to step into a part-time role in a stable, well-managed venue. You'll work across all front-of-house departments, including food, beverage, and gaming, with clear procedures and strong team support-ideal for someone who values quality, consistency, and the chance to build their career regionally. 15-30 hours available with the opportunity for career progression!
Position Description
* Deliver high-level customer service across bar, bistro, and gaming
* Maintain compliance and operational standards in a fast-paced environment
* Operate POS, handle cash, and manage service efficiency during peak periods
* Work closely with supervisors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Opportunity to take on leadership or training responsibilities based on experience
Position Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in bar, bistro or gaming environments
* Valid Victorian RSA and RSG certificates
* A strong understanding of service procedures and guest experience
* Professional presentation and strong communication skills
* Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work evenings and weekends
