Job duties:
Managing end-to-end hiring processes across all levels of the organization, for both blue-collar and white-collar roles within manufacturing environment
Manage job postings, candidate communication, and interview processes, including offer letters and salary negotiations
Write contracts for promotions, transfers, and new hires in collaboration with department management
Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data
Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential
Facilitate employment inductions and coordinate pre-employment medicals where applicable
Facilitate HR Trainings
Maintain quality service by following organisation standards, policies and procedures
Additional responsibilities as required by the company
Skills required for the position:
Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor in Human Resources, Law, Workplace Relations, or a similar competency; and/or Certified Human Resources Professional (AHRI)
Hands-on experience in working as a Recruitment Coordinator ideal
Ability to develop and nurture relationships/partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders
Attention to detail, strong time management, and a high level of organizational skill are crucial
Valid Australian Driver's license essential.
